The people, the philosophy, and the purpose behind Ariko.

WHO WE ARE

A School with a Story

Ariko Early Learning was born from a family’s belief that children in their earliest years deserve something more than a classroom to sit in. They deserve a place that sees them, celebrates them, and gives them a foundation that will stay with them for life.

Ariko Early Learning is the fulfilment of a dream shared across generations. What began as a long-held aspiration of our parents has today taken shape through the vision and dedication of their daughter, creating a space where children can experience a childhood that is joyful, meaningful, and unrushed.

As a family, we often found ourselves questioning the pressure-driven environment many young children are exposed to today. We wanted to create a school where children are guided with structure, but never rushed; where growth is celebrated, but comparison is discouraged; and where every child feels seen as an individual.

At Ariko, every classroom, routine, and learning experience has been designed around one belief: childhood is not a race. It is a time to explore, wonder, play, and build strong foundations for life.

Today, Ariko stands as Gurugram’s home for children who are just beginning their journey. We are proud of every child who has walked through our doors, every family who has trusted us, and every moment of growth we have been privileged to witness.

Founder Note

“At Ariko, we ask ourselves one question before making any choice: is this what we would choose for our own child? That compass keeps our classes small, our meals freshly cooked, and our pedagogy aligned with natural child developmental paces.”

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our Five Core Pillars

At Ariko, we believe that learning in the early years should feel like play and that play, done right, is the most serious kind of learning there is.

Children between the ages of 1 year 8 months and 6 years are at the most extraordinary stage of human development. In these years, the brain forms connections faster than at any other point in a person’s life. Language, emotional intelligence, social skills, creativity, and the foundations of academic thinking, all of it takes shape in this window.

Everything at Ariko flows from five Core Pillars. They shape how we design our spaces, how our teachers speak, how we measure progress, and how we think about every child who walks through our doors.

Curiosity

We protect the joy of discovery, without rushing the outcome. Children are natural explorers and at Ariko we follow their lead. Every question is welcomed, every moment of wonder is given room to breathe. We never trade curiosity for speed.

Security

Safety and emotional stability come first, always. Before a child can learn, explore, or form friendships, they need to feel safe. At Ariko, security is not just physical, it is emotional. We create an environment where every child knows they are held, heard, and protected.

Individuality

Every child is understood and allowed their own pace. We do not measure children against each other. We measure each child against themselves, their own yesterday, their own small victories. At Ariko, there is no single mould. There is only this child, in front of us, right now.

Growth

Each child progresses at their own pace, supported every step of the way. Growth at Ariko is not a race. It is a journey we take together with the child and with the family. We celebrate every step forward, no matter how small, and we never leave a child to figure it out alone.

Confidence

Independence built early becomes confidence that lasts. We give children the chance to do things for themselves, to try, to fail safely, and to try again. A child who learns to trust their own abilities at three years old carries that belief into every classroom and every challenge that follows.

LEADERSHIP

The Faces Behind Ariko

Khyati Saini
Founder & Director

Khyati Saini is the Founder and Director of Ariko Early Learning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai, and spent nine years with Deloitte, advising multinational organisations as a Transfer Pricing Tax Consultant.

While her professional career offered growth and success, Khyati felt increasingly drawn toward a more personal purpose. For many years, her parents had dreamed of creating a space where children could experience a childhood filled with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care. Inspired by that vision, she made the decision to step away from the corporate world and dedicate herself to bringing their dream to life. The result is Ariko Early Learning – a preschool built on the belief that childhood should not be rushed.
Khyati believes that children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported, and that learning should be guided by curiosity rather than pressure.

Today, she works closely with families and educators to create an environment where every child is encouraged to grow with confidence, explore with wonder, and develop at their own pace.

Childhood, Unrushed.
Structure without pressure. Growth without comparison.

Our Promise to Every Family

We started Ariko because we believed something better was possible. Better care, better learning, better mornings for children and for parents. Every decision we make at this school comes from that belief. We are not just running a school. We are keeping a promise.
